A practical approach to communications
Managing information about people and activities is a huge task. People are coming and going, which can make it tricky to keep everything – and everyone – up to date.
When it comes to communication, it is more than an exchange of information. It makes outsiders insiders. When communication is relational, it builds community. Getting the right message to the right people can be tough. With so much going on, it's essential to have a system in place to keep everything organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
An effective commnuication workflow comes down to logistics - the detailed coordination of a complex process. If there are issues with your workflow, it usually comes down to this.
The Coms Coach customized framework will bring order to your coms workflow and create healthy synergy among your team.
